Though the move from one unit with CYM to another CYM unit was tumultuous Chanel Lay did everything in her power to make sure I was taken care of. The new leasing process with CYM rubbed me the wrong way. Idon't like that they ask for a screenshot of bank deposits, it seems overly invasive. Right up until the day before moving in things were mishandled by CYM. Chanel was there to smooth things over and make it right.

I was waiting on the leasing agent to show for over an hourly luckily I meet the property Manager Chanel Lay she was so helpful she showed me two units. I also meet Kenny the janitoral manager he was cleaning building wow nice to see staff on site. Hoping I can make this home ASAP
