All these reviews are fake for one customer service representative dealing with the leasing department has to be a joke these people will have you on hold acting like they’re trying to help you but really wasting your time they can barely speak English I have to squint my ears to know what is coming out they’re mouth since I’ve been dealing with Cym all the men are flamboyant and has attitude like females and the females are slower than a door knob and only there for a check they will have you running in circles for no end r... read more
Today 3.9.2024, I get keys to the unit at 1410 W. 78th St. The unit is filthy, there are visible mice holes throughout the unit, a large hole in kitchen floor, a large hole in the hallway floor and in the bedroom floor. There is busted glass in the bathroom, dried urine on the toilet, chipped paint on the bath tub, the bathroom sink does not have cold water at all. There are dead bugs on the window sill. Laron deserves a raise ! Whenever you call him for anything he gets right on it for you ! He always reaches out to make sure everything is good in the unit and he is prompt with responding he is always courteous and polite

I have to give your property manager an “F-“ for the way she treats your customers at the building on 75th and Yates Blvd. I was living in the unit at 7549 unit 1 since 2010. When you took it over from Pangea I let CJ know that I had mice and that she needed to address the issue and she didn’t move on it right away so I had my VA caseworker to get in touch with CHA and they came right away. Very slow to respond if at all. Then the "property manager" chooses what to respond to. They responded to tell me they couldn't help me, but when they could, did not respond at all. 100% would not recommend to my worst enemy.

So now Pangea new name is CYM Living. They don't allow realtors to show their units. They won't allow any else to go into the property to view it except one person. This is very very interesting.
