A complete scam when it comes to the application process.. will take your money in less then 2 hours after application is complete and deny you after saying it will take 2-3 days to process..

Scheduled a showing. Drove over 30 minutes to the apartment. Waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes. Leasing agent never showed up. Called the office and was informed the unit was already leased to someone else. I never got any notification that my showing was cancelled. Total waste of my time and my gas. CMY Living have irresponsible management.

Horribly heat in winter you will freeze literally radiators go out on coldest days I been here because rent reasonable but I have to by heaters it's horribly

Pangeare and CYM living are both garbage, neither are good choices for renting apartments or otherwise housing. They truly do not care about the tenants in any form except money. They are renting to all types of people without needed bias or considering the problems that will come to other and good tenants. They rent to drug dealers, addicts, noisy nuisances, people that chronically litter the common areas, destructive careless, inconsiderate of other types of people. I haven't had no heat all day! I left voicemail at 6;00 pm, call at 8;34 am and reported no heat was inform they have up til 11;00 pm to come. Who wants maintenance in their apartment that time of night? I am a single woman, the workers have no Id how will I know you work for cym living? Someone had a break in 2 months ago

They have no sense of urgency for emergencies. CYM/PANGEA do not care about tenants. This has become painfully clear. Tenants should not have to leave their apartments due to unruly law-breaking tenants violating clauses that affect other tenants. This is the most ridiculous place to be the think they can keep taking ppl money and not fix stuff cym is sad how they do ppl then try n kick them out lol the law is the law I will put this out on every media platform out here 7 News just got the story  couldn’t post had to give a star don’t rent from them

I have lived in my building for almost 5yrs. Pangea was bad but these CYM people are ridiculous.Its so many things wrong in my apartment from roaches to leaking pipes inside the walls that you can hear dripping. This will be my last year here. The only thing that has kept me hear is the rent is low.

Had an appointment with a Lauren and she not only cancelled my orginal appointment, but she scheduled me for a later time in the day and still didn't show up for me or the other couple that was there to see her as well. This is absolutely terrible on her part to not show or give a call to cancel. She is terrible as a leasing agent!
