My property manager was Leron. Very professional, efficient and courteous. He is always reachable even on the weekends. Cym has been great to me. They are very workable and open to communication. Very responsive. Def will rent again. Very efficient prices for the cost of living.

Hey my name is Alicia and my property manager is Leron. The best property manager I had. Leron has changed how I felt bout this company, he literally try his best to help me out anyway he can , he fair, he always here when you need him. He also is understandable. I currently like my apartment only because I don't have to deal with mices or a roach infestation but I've had a gnat infestation and was wondering if someone was putting the gnats in my apartment because they were too deep too quick. A few weeks ago I left for 5- 10 minutes and came back to start preparing my dinner and saw about 20 horse flies flying around. If you are expecting to have a quiet building you will not have that they do not adhere to the noise order it that's inside the contract for your lease You will lose sleep at night due to noise at 2:00 3:00 4:00 in the morning always at 5:00 in the morning If you have a neighbor that plays music at that time they do not enforce their noise order it You will suffer You will lose sleep at work you will sleep you lose a lot of sleep they have no noise order
