I’ve been with Pangea for about six years all together and to say the lease the good has outweighed the bad. Not a bad company at all to start off with as new renter or existing one. Minor common issues arose & when I look back they handled them promptly & sufficiently as they could at the moment. My last property manager was Aaron Dickerson in the Austin area & he was nothing short of amazing organized, showed empathy and took care of any issues promptly. I highly recommend Pangea for anybody looking for an apartment.

I was having a problem with locking my mailbox and almost broke the key inside the lock. Ashanti came with her tool bag and fixed the problem. I’m all good now. Ashanti got skills beyond property management.

I love Pangea Real Estate, company is fair and just good at helping you find your home. Magnolia at the South Shore office is my Property Manager and she truly is a God Send, I had some financial issues arise during the pandemic and even now and she assured me that as long as I paid what I said I could, she would work with me. She is so very nice, helpful, considerate and she eased my concerns. She made my financial woes ease up just alil bit by being there when I needed it.
