I just want to say that my property manager Ashanti is the best. No matter what problem or concern I have she always takes care of it for me. She always stays in contact with me about any thing I need to be aware of and is always so nice while doing so. She is by far the best property manager I have ever had.

Ashanti isn’t even my normal property manager. She reached out to me when my normal was out of town based on notes I submitted with resident care. Not only did she make sure to resolve my issue fully, but I’m sure she was following up with me after my normal property manager returned. Thank you!

Even for it to be morning I was having a bad morning already but once she started talking with an uplifted nice voice I immediately started smiling.
