After a full year of being faced with a plumbing issue in my unit, I finally was able to get in touch with my zone leader, Dorian who helped me find the true solution to my issue. He approached my concerns with urgency and patience. With him , my issue is finally solved just in time for a fresh start. I am confident that he will guide the new hires under his leadership with the same integrity. I am grateful.
