Honestly, Ashanti is one of the major reasons why I renewed my lease with Pangea. She's deligent about her work and reaches out to make sure everything is going smoothly. Having a property manager that really cares about her people is really very crucial.

My property manager Magnolia is literally the best I've seen! She treats everyone so kind. She gets things finished right away and helps her tenants with anything needed to be helped with! I appreciate how hard of a worker she is! She has a GREAT personality and energy. Just overall a amazing woman!

My property manager Maggie took her time to handle a situation for me I was extremely happy that she followed up with my Rental Assistance check. She called me personally with the good news and I trully appreciate it. However, I'm not extremely happy how Pangea handled me as a customer. It sucks when you need some help with something and nobody at the call center seems to even CARE.
