We have been wanting to replace our front room windows for years. They are condensing between the panes and are difficult to see through. We checked three different companies. David Reinauer from Dabella Exteriors came out to show us their replacement windows. He was very professional and personable. Ryan Irwing, was able to answer all our questions and concerns about our roofing needs. Our house is 113 years old and we wanted a roof that would fit the style and era of the house. He help us bye walking us through what the process was to replace our roof and pictures to show us what the end result will look like. We are excited to see the end result of the installation from a complete roof to new gutters and new facia boards. Thank you again Ryan.
Shane Hurley and Austin Hutcherson were very professional and courteous during their visit with us. They were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service!
2 Days no contact from project manger regarding issues with ordered windows. The install team was good and the windows that are correct seem nice enough.

Sales people are extremely pushy. We sat for over 2 hours listening to their spiel. My mother, the homeowner, is on hospice and cannot comprehend things. After sitting there and getting the quotes, my mother and I explained to the sales person that we needed to discuss and get back to them. Probably one of thee worst experiences we've encountered. This was supposed to be a quick measure of our windows followed by a quote with time to decide which direction we wanted to go. That was not the case. The first quote was around 25K and after they were told that we would have to decline, due to the high cost, they came up with a lower cost until they got it down to around 14K. Absolutely unresponsive "customer service" and local "office manager." Do not follow-through on installation commitments or communications. But they required the payment before the work was done. I am outraged by this point.
