It is my understanding that the awful behaviors was done not by DaBella but rather the contractors they hired to do the installation. My roof looks great and is so far is holding up. However, the process from the beginning to the middle and end, was not what we were told. Actually none of things promised or expected happened. No follow up phone calls addressing any concerns and/or if we liked the process of the installation. They are just gone after the job was completed.
Door to door people set up an appointment with my grandparents. They said it was a free estimate. Next thing you know they start telling my grandparents to “sign here” and we’re just gonna get a preapproval no worries you can cancel. My grandma said no because they are on a fixed income and they try to scare her and say the roof would probably collapse within the next couple of months. House was built in 2010. Highly doubt it. Our experience with this company has been terrible. John was our salesman and he came to us with promises of amazing customer service, a family owned company that cares and great windows. The customer service has SUCKED. The company has not shown that it cares. They get 2 stars because the windows we got were good although overpriced. RecommendedWe choose DaBella to replace our roof after hearing good things about them, and having a one-on-one consultation about our specific needs. Ever since I purchased my new home, the attic was HOT! Our DaBella consultant found that our attic was getting hot enough that my roofing nails were popping out, erupting through the shingles. Outrageous, $52000 for a roof on a 2500 sq foot home. That's just their basic roof we don't have any huge problems right now, but needs replacing.
This company should be embarrassed for their business ethics and quality of work. Here is the quality they talk about. It looks like you gave a five year old a caulk gun and said have fun. That aside my biggest problem is how they used elder abuse tactics to get my mom to sign a contract for getting the work done. Zero communication after that contract was signed.
