Summary: DaBella has poor communication and unprofessional customer service. I highly recommend finding a different contractor than DaBella to work with and install the high quality GAF roofing products. Please do your research and get multiple reputable quotes before making a large purchase with this contractor. We were an easy sell because 1) we knew how badly we needed a new roof; 2) it's not easy to get contractors to come to "remote" locations; 3) our neighbor was satisfied with DaBella. But I can't recommend them for these reasons: 1) Once they received a down payment and signed a contract, we never saw the salesperson again. Dabella said there would be someone guiding me thru everything but I haven't had anyone reaching out at all so I'm calling and left waiting for a call back for 3 days on 2 separate occasions. now their gonna ruin my stay-cation I have scheduled since they left the biggest mess in my garage after the roof was installed because my workspace is riddled with nails and alot of roofing material. A call back would clear things up alot ya know!
Signed contract in January. Did most of the job in April here it is July and they haven’t finished the job. I had them install 13 windows I have a signed contract for 14. There customer service is a joke I have left 4 emails , 5 customer service calls and I have Received zero in return.
The fact that their window installers do half a** work accompanied by a half a** job to revise the issue. Followed by a healthy dose of weeks of the run around when you want it fixed properly!!!! I will NEVER hire this company again in the future!!!!!!!!
Can't believe companies are still employing predatory door to door sales tactics in the year 2021. They ignore "no soliciting" signs and do not respect people's time. They came for a quote and stayed for two hours at dinnertime.
Avoid these guys. Low prices and poor quality. You get what you pay for
Nothing but problems! Working with DaBella was nothing but one delay after another, one headache after another for 6 months! Definitely not quality work like they claim; terrible communication; I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Great sales pitch but does not deliver. Wished we would have hired someone else and not have gone with them.
I have had nothing but issues with Dabella, October 1,2021 was the first scheduled appointment to have 7 of my windows installed 2 of those windows were built to the wrong measurements so they had to rebuild then just before Christmas I was contacted by the installer to schedule an install date which I made for the weekend after new year’s.
