We purchased this manufactured home in 2021. One of the selling points was that it had a new roof and was under warranty. The roof was installed in 2018 by Dabella. This last winter we noticed snow melting under the shingles and not shedding water properly in the valleys. We had a different roofing company come out and look at the roof and they found that the flashing in the valley was not installed correctly. Horrible company. Their windows are expensive and I’ve had constant problems with a few of my windows that don’t latch properly. I’ve contacted them, they say they will call back and never do. I don’t recommend them for windows. Their corporate office in Oregon is just as bad and now $14k later I don’t know who to contact about this company. I’m thinking an attorney is best suited to handle them. Do not do business with them!

They will scam you out of thousands. Do not ever waste your money with this company. We had a sudden drastic change in our lives days after signing our roofing contract but nothing was scheduled, purchased or finalized and they refused to let us out of the contract or do ANYTHING to help us whatsoever. Salesman had the nerve to accuse me of wasting HIS time, after I had to tell him to leave my house multiple times. One of the most ridiculous high pressure sales pitches I've heard.

Just had a salesman name Cody come by my house today to give me an estimate on the roof. The guy was very polite. Gave me a great presentation, but I told him I wasn’t going to buy today. I was going to get estimates from other businesses. he would not finish his presentation and give me prices and leave. He just telling me he’s only trying to help me.
