DaBella is a joke. We hired them to do a bath to shower conversion in January, needless to say we have dealt with 5 different sales representatives, 3 different installations, problems with our finance paperwork and no cooperation or empathy. We are now in November and the shower is still not complete and in worse shape then it was before all this mess. Nice salesman (charmers). However the guys that labor not good experience for me. Roof and siding work was not the best. Work done in 2024. Now 2025, when rain comes there are 2 leak areas in my garage. Bad business! Also, my home insurance requested detailed invoice work done. I never received an invoice. My 80 year old mother called me in tears because of the strong armed approach she was getting. She called for an estimate. After 3 hours and her telling them she couldnt afford their prices she was told if she signed today they could use material that was discontinued and save thousands. they knew their product well. I was told they would arrive at 4pm and it would take like 45 mins. Which was fine because our Halloween party/ kitchen renovation was on pause. They were here until almost 7pm. Very pushy and aggressive. Would not leave when we said no, very clearly, many times. Kept making “phone calls” It honestly put a damper on our hallows eve night. The sales person took forever at our house selling us this job and promising big things that didnt happen. Our roof looks terrible, they didnt do a good job at all and just gave us a bunch of excuses. Been trying to get them to fix the roof, and they still havent. I honestly dont think they plan to. We had a tree fall on our addition. They said they would replace the bad planking and fix it all together and they didnt. They just went over the top of it and it looks sad. I need to redo my siding on my house. I asked about a veteran's discount. The scheduler said she didn't know about that, we would have to ask estimator It was cancer awareness month in OCT, and they had some discounts for that. The scheduler said they would need 1 to 1 1/2 to give us an estimate and both decision makers had to be home. The time frame they gave us, I said we can give them an hour and 15 minutes is all.
