Stay far away. Door to door sales and lie through their teeth. Push you into signing stuff. They started at $14k than it was $10k than it was $9k. Way overpriced for a $5k job and now we are getting better windows too. They lie lie lie. And than their customer service is non existent. This company should be labeled as fraud because they massively overcharge and go door to door looking for people who don't know better.

Sale Lady lied to me about doors.I spent 17, 500 dollars.They would not give me the doors I ordered. Fought me to the end and made a false charge on my credit card

Honestly! I believe this is the second time I have tried this company. Of course they never showed up the first time with a bunch of excuses why. This was back in I believe 2022. This time, they texted and texted to make sure that I was interested in their "free quote" and wanted to make sure that my husband was capable of making decisions. Really? I had this company out to do an estimate on windows. They were extremely pushy even after several attempts to tell them I could not commit to anything without discussing with my spouse. Their estimate also seemed way out of line and I felt very uncomfortable about their sales tactics. They followed up with my husband several times after we told them we are not interested.

**************** is terrible. Our new gutter lasted about a week before one section fell off and prevented us from going out our back door. It took DaBella two weeks to replace it and then they did a crappy job, not even lining up the gutter to the roof. The repair man didnt even let us know he was here to fix it, he just started working on it.I should have known better than to trust DaBella because when we had a new shower put in it took them three weeks to finish that job.I must be a glutton for punishment because we had D... read more

Are you kidding me? OK so my fathers house had a broken window that was a piece of double pane glass 29 x 29. I removed the broken double pane window and went over to a glass company to see if it could be replaced. They quoted me about $250 and said it would be available next Wednesday (so like five days away). We didnt really want to wait that long because its the Pacific Northwest and it rains so my father called Dabella, explain the situation with the broken window and asked for an estimate. Horrible sales tactics. ****** a piece of siding and told me it was asbestos and wanted to hand it to me like no big deal. I saw on the video he was just holding it in his pocket. Very odd for material that's supposedly harmful if disturbed. Companies like this should not be soliciting door to door. It's not necessary.

Stay away! Every aspect of this install was a disaster. Once I signed a contract with DaBella, they handed the project off to contractors and I the only contact I had with them was calling over and over to get answers. The original install ended in 1 window missing, 1 window shattered during the install, 2 wrong windows installed, and a sliding door that hardly opened. When I finally got ahold of the project manager, he was extremely angry that he had to talk to a customer, as he "never has to have contact wit customers". He... read more
