The initial meeting with the Da Bella Representatives went well. Demonstration, questions & answers were handled professionally. We were comfortable meeting the representatives in our home and discussing our wants and needs. I look forward to the installation process as well.

DaBella responded quickly to my query.and we set an appointment. They arrived promptly at the appointed time. I anticipated an hour meeting but it lasted 4 hours! They have a scripted presentation and insisted on going through everything so we would know how superior their work was to other roofers. At the end of 4 hours we signed a contract knowing that it could be canceled within 3 days. It was up to code, I had it inspected by my insurance company and got a lower rate on my insurance. They put it on perfect. Then I’m putting siding on with DeBella. I had the experience with 2 kids helping me with writing it up. They kept asking me if I was okay with it. Overall rating – I would say “A” because my insurance guy was impressed.
