I signed a contract to have them replace my roof and made a down payment, but the work was never done. I called three times during the six-weeks' window for the roof to be replaced and each time was told someone "would call by the end of the business day" and in each time no one ever called. The sales guys have You write a review before the work is even completed to get an additional discount. So at first my initial response was a five star, because the sales part went quite well (I thought). I was having them redo my gutters even though that was not originally what I had them come out to give me an estimate for. My old ones were Working fine they just definitely needed new paint. Communication is terrible. Calls are not returned. They use sub contractors . Left the work site messy, and took weeks to get their excess material picked up.
Miss represented by entire process. work done in repairs. time. financing, No contractor. No work order in place. All was not done as presented. Many issues with all. Hope the roof put on was the one we talked about for 4 hours???
THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND UNRESPONSIVE TO INQUIRES . It took a number of phone calls to finally just to get them to acknowledge that they had my job. After over four weeks the got around to measuring the roof after my demanding the do something.

Get other estimates first! High pressure sales tactic used (fell for it), a second estimate after signing with DaBella, was 30% less than my cost using the same product, warranty etc., a difference of $4,200. I also have tar stains on my siding from the roof removal that I will need to remove, plus I spent a couple hours cleaning up roof staples from my driveway and street so my neighbors and myself wouldn't get flat tires; these were supposed to be collected by the contractor with a magnet.
I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home
The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old.
