The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Be careful that you get everything in writing from the sales pitch or they will get away with doing much less. They tried to get me to pay an extra $1600 for skylights that were in the contract to replace! I put a nail though my foot after they left as they did not use the metal detector they promised, I found 50 more nails after an hour of scouring the front yard! When the skylights were eventually installed they were too big so they placed them over the old framing and sealed them on that way. Just crap. Hopefully the roof... read more

They promised cleanup but I had to pick up water bottles and small pieces of roofing this week. The only information that I received was they would arrive Thursday 8am, while the whole project was 80% complete that day, they did not arrive to finish it until well afternoon on Friday so they were still working late into the evening on Friday Forgot to install the new sky lights,and left all their supplies and inventory including a huge dumptruck in my driveway all weekend. Do use DaBella, they are 2 to 3 times what others would charge. The material and warranty is good but for the money, I would look somewhere else. They did not do a good inspection and the additional work was also very expensive. DaBella usually outsources their work and my roofers were not professional, and cause some damage to my property. DaBella does not care about customer service in my opinion, its all about the money. Try somewhere else.

The salesman that visited and evaluated the site was very friendly. I heard promises of the best roofers in the business with only prevailing wage roofers used for the installation. The bid was high but I accepted because of the quality of labor. After getting my money I was called a week later to schedule the install. Materials did not show up on time, roofers did not show up on time or speak english. On top of that I don't believe the correct shingles were actually installed! Excellent customer service and follow-up on any questions or concerns. The roofers completed the job on time and left the area clean. We love how the color coordinates with the rest of the house and are very pleased with the texture of the roof itself. We chose Timberline HD - Barkwood asphalt shingles.
