Wow Dahlia is an exceptional woman. She was there for me day and night. She always helped. Whenever someone else was dropping the ball she took over and got the ball back. My closing was unpleasant not anything to do with Dehlia of coarse but if it wasn't for her I was going to walk away. Dahlia is an asset to your company give her a raise. Very rude and condescending to myself and my wife during the whole process. Seems very unfamiliar with the va and how they operate. Also doesn’t know the correct terminology to use when talking about certain items dealing with real estate. That goes for Robert as well. Overall I think KBHS needs to freshen up on the va process and understand that it is their duty to fill out the reconsideration of value form and ASSIST the home buyer during the whole process, not hinder their ability and try and prevent them from closing on ... read more
