Our original lender was Kiel who was terrible, he wasn’t informative with any of the process, all information was given to us once Dahlia came into the equation. She gave us ton of information, no matter the time of day. She was just so delightful to have. She was a blessing. Kiel was never around to answer questions. If he did answer questions they got answered days/weeks later. My wife and I are so grateful for Dahlia. If only we could have her from the beginning.

We were passed around from different people throughout the process and we ended up with Dahlia at the end. She was very customer service oriented, always kept in contact with me, informed me on issues that were not presented to me by past advisors, and was always there when I needed information dealing with the process of our loan, title and documentations.
