Dahlia Herself!! She is AMAZING, my first loan officer was dry, didn’t explain anything well and was deceiving. Once dahlia took over my account, I instantly felt like I was in amazing hands not great but amazing. She was so nice at all points, even when I asked 100 questions and I’m sure got annoying. She really was the best!! I will recommend everyone I know to her! She truly was the best and other loan officers need to be like her!

Our original loan officer Kiel was horrible and he ended up leaving without any word until Dahlia came and took it over to clean up the mess that he left. Dahlia wasn't the best at explaining terminology and procedures at first and the back and forth in regards to communication was frustrating. But Dahlia came through at the end when things mattered the most, so if she would of been our loan officer originally we WOULNDT of had the issues that we had, thank you Dahlia!
