We first started with KBHS Loan Officer Kiel. We didn’t receive much communication from him. We didn’t even receive much information on the loans we possibly could get and loan terms. We didn’t even know anything about rate lock or anything. Dahlia came in, and gave us so much information in the little time she could. Dahlia made us feel very comfortable and we thank God she came when she did.
Dahlia made our home buying process much easier. Her knowledge and commitment to our file made us feel apart of the KB family. She is the best lender I have ever had with all the houses I’ve ever owned.
