He was very good at communicating with us and he always told us our options. The durst guy we tried to go to told us that we would probably be ok in our price range, and that our only option was to get a certain type of loan, but Dale made sure we got preapproved and told us exactly what we qualify for, and then he showed us 4 different options to see what we could make work.
