We started this process the beginning of May. That seems like a long time to complete a refinance. I understand the changes and Covid scare but it was definitely frustrating at times. Initially, we did feel like we were lost in the shuffle but in June until close it was much better.

My first experience with Primary Mortgage was when my son was trying to buy a home as a first time buyer. His loan required more work than normal. The mortgage group he was using wasn't willing to put in the extra effort. He switched to Dale's group and had a totally different experience.
