As good an experience as one can have getting a mortgage these days. The Primary Residential team did my mortgage in record time and made it as easy as possible. Good people to work with. They stayed in touch, kept me apprised of deadlines, and worked hard with my bank and the credit bureau to get everything the underwriter required. They worked hard and got the result I needed.
