Absolutely the best loan officer and staff we could’ve ever had! This team worked extremely hard to make sure we would close on time, which was in record time. They had constant communication and were very courteous. Our buyers on the other hand went with a different mortgage company that pushed them out four days after promised closing date. We are so grateful we went with Primary Residential Mortgage and the Dale Stanford team! We will never use anyone else.

Dale was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our loan would be approved in a timely manner even amidst a global pandemic when I learned that many services and especially loan underwriting had been typically slowed. I had a hard time believing we would be approved for as much as we have and receive as low an interest rate as we did but Dale made it happen!
