The doctors always seem to rush through the appointment and spend as little time as possible making suggestions and advising on preventive care with me. This has been my experience for 3+ years at this facility.

I was put in a different room than previous visits with a different laser. Dr. Polder seemed surprised and asked if I wanted this laser (older pulse dye) - I was confused. Do I have a choice? Isn't she the one who knows more about what I need? I didn't place myself in that room. Five days later, my lip is still purple (I expected this since I've had pd laser before) but it is also blistered and oozing. I've had neosporin on it all weekend and it hurts. I was told I would get an ice pack when I left but realized when I was dr... read more

I felt very rushed. I would've liked to talk further about my skin and skin care but did not feel comfortable. I felt the doctor was unfriendly. It is unlikely that I'll return

I would recommend letting patients having the option of being billed later than up front. I was not expecting to have to pay when I was checking out. I'm still waiting on my insurance cards and would have preferred to pay that method. I've never been to a doctor office where they bill you when you check out. I also did not get a full receipt of my visit. I suggest making changes to your current billing system.

I was very disappointed with the medical assistance I received. The key problem? The PA did NOT listen. She looked at my skin and formed an immediate 'guess' as to the problem. My fingers are worse. The situation is not resolved and I have no doubt it will return. The additional problem is scheduling. Since this condition is cyclical, my skin will need to be cultured as soon as the bumps appear (not one week later when you can fit me in). I am not currently convinced your office is dedicated to or even willing to help me get... read more

I was told that there was nothing she would do for me. That I'd be better of living with my problem. I was referred to a list of other doctors who might help me. No treatment was given what so ever. I understand and felt okay with that. When I checked out, I was charged a new patient office visit and asked to pay my portion towards my deductible. I didn't understand why. I refused to pay a penny and could not believe that I was charged. I felt so terrible about being charged for nothing. And I was told I had to pay right the... read more
