We called Dan to inquire about refinancing our home with lower rate and take out equity to remodel our home. Dan said "No Problem". He meant that! He sent us an application, scheduled an appraisal, then his team contacted us to arrange our closing. That took less than an hour to process at our home. Then, they made sure the money arrived on the appropriate date. There was not a flaw in the whole process.

Dan and his team took care of everything perfectly! The Refinance was handled fast, professionally and i was impressed with the rate! Minimal effort on my end as the team managed the entire process and the closing was scheduled and completed quickly. Once i worked with Dan I have come back multiple times and will work with him again in the future!

a totally positive and painless experience, what a contrast to the dealings we have had with our bank!!! after a few months of frustration on everything from our appraisal to the potential loan amount we left the bank unsatisfied.dan rock and his team picked up the task and helped us with a quick and efficient process throughout and within about 30-40 days total had us re-financed!!!
