I've used Dan and his team twice now for mortgages on my primary residence. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and great communicators. Also they will never be beat on rate or fees. The mortgage process was incredibly smooth and seamless on both transactions. Even while we were still shopping for a mortgage provider he went above and beyond to answer any questions we had.Did the loan close on time: YESDid the fees you were quoted match the fees at closing: Yes, our cash to close actually came in slightly under the initial estimateDid the lender return your initial phone call within 24 hours: Dan called right away and every time I had any addtional questions

Dan Rock and the whole crew at Guaranteed Rate were phenomenal to work with. I didn't experience any glitches except one at closing which wasn't Dan's fault-----but they (his team) cleared up the problem in five minutes. The government regulations are more onerous than ever (as anyone knows who has gone through the process) but Dan and his group make it as easy and smooth as is humanly possible. Dan Rock and his team are highly professional, dedicated, and detailed. My experience could not have been smoother. Unlike other lenders, Dan's team is organized and only asks for information once (believe me when I say that this is not the case with other places). I am personally highly satisfied with the mortgage refinance I did with Dan's team. The refinance closed in less than a month! This I think is exceptional. It is not just that - promptness, knowledge, experience to name a few traits that matter and made my experience positive.
