The professionals at Guarantee Rate are very organized and excellent at communicating every step of the way. I had 2 homes to refinance and it was pretty seamless despite Covid and my busy work schedule.

I have used Guaranteed Rate twice now and Dan Rock's team goes above and beyond to make the challenging process of getting a mortgage as painless as possible. Their entire staff is responsive, patient and explains each step of the process. Everything is automated so you can go into your account at any time to check the status of your mortgage.
