Dan and his team were very helpful guiding us through the process of securing a mortgage and the requirements for closing. There was great communication throughout the process up to and including the closing date.
I was moving from Kansas City to the suburbs of Roselle. Dan and his team were incredible to work with from a distance and help us get settled in our new town. They were so great that when my mom moved here this summer, I immediately referred her to Dan and his team for her home purchase.
Everything went very smoothly. The team was very responsive and turnaround time was quick. I also got an absolutely incredible rate and Dan helped me brainstorm ways to come up with my 20% down payment. It was a pleasure doing business with them!!

Dan gave me things to think about in terms of financing a condo and his team was extremely thorough and informative throughout the process! My experience with lenders previously is they can be extremely picky about little things; not the case with Guaranteed Rate. We closed in 30 days and it was simple!
