Daniel specifically, always got back to you in a very timely manner and was quick to respond to questions we had. I already referred our son to him and they are also refinancing through him. The only downfall happened after David passed our file over for review and underwriting-and because we have our house, etc. in a trust, they wanted an opinion letter from a lawyer stating that the trust was revocable, etc. , all which was signed and notarized. They finally accepted it without a letter.
