The beginning I appreciated how quick everything turned. The online portal was easy to use, and so was the application process. He has no idea what title insurance is which is concerning given his role. The fee schedule was pretty shady in general. Also, the close process easily would have gotten derailed had I not reached out directly to the title company to make sure the wire transfer occurred.

Payment due 11/1/21, haven't received statement yet, asked them not help. The loan was transfer in 9/20/21, did not tell until I asked him 11/26/21. Terrible services.

Daniel answered our questions when we asked but he did not do us any favors especially as first time home buyers. If we didn't ask no advice or info was provided. So it was ok and nothing more

We were passed around from person to person and no one we were working with was helpful. Daniel was able to answer questions quickly but did not do us any favors or give us additional information until we called him. Melissa McCarley was the rudest and least helpful person I ever worked with. She never answered her phone, emails, asked for important documents via email instead of a secured link and then threatened us that we wouldn't close on time even though she lacked communication. We figured a big name mortgage company would have a smooth process, but it felt like it was an inefficient system with lots of moving parts and many things to deal with, so we were not a priority. What would make that better?: 1) Up front what was needed for underwriter without changes that caused delays and extra work.
