I recently bought a house (upgrade from a townhome), and I can't imagine getting through the process without Dan's help. Dan's meticulous attention to detail is unmatched. I have dealt with a few guys in the industry, never felt 100% comfortable whether they are on my side or not. Dan was the first one I felt I could rely on 100%. He went out of his way to help me on so many things. He was always very prompt with everything, and got many things done before I even asked; truly a project leader you can fully trust and rely on!
