Calmly explains all parts of the process no matter what you are putting up with in the approval. Dan was constantly watching to get us the best percentage which he did. He is still checking in with messages that are up lifting and knowledgeable.

I was bombarded with letters about refinancing and most of them went directly into the trash. I can't recall why I decided to respond to Dan Murray's correspondence but I'm glad I did. My goal was a more manageable house payment and Dan helped me accomplish that. And I honestly was made to feel that if it wasn't a good way to go he would have advised me not to do it. Dan was the epitome of what you would want in a loan officer. He always responded timely to emails and phone calls, even on weekends. He has a thorough knowledge of the lending industry. He can help explain any step of the process in great detail.The housing market was very competitive and he gave us an edge with his quick responses and worked well with my realtor. We were able put an offer on our house the same night we saw it and were able to close ahead of schedule.

I do not like big banks where everything feels like an assembly line and you're just a file/loan number. Dan didn't make me feel that way, everything was dealt directly, person to person, good old fashion customer service. Huge thanks to his expertise, I purchased my home.

Dan was very helpful in more than one house purchase for us. I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and help us choose the best option for financing. He made it very easy for us do do business with even though he did everything remotely because we didn't live near his office. Our realtor mentioned to us that the process went smoother using Dan as our financial officer then the local banks they normally deal with. I was very impressed by Dan's knowledge and expertise. He went above and beyond when we were trying to get approved for our mortgage and buy our first home. We really felt like he was on our team through the whole process. He was fast to respond, gave us great advice as first time home buyers and ultimately helped us get into our new home. I recently bought a house (upgrade from a townhome), and I can't imagine getting through the process without Dan's help. Dan's meticulous attention to detail is unmatched. I have dealt with a few guys in the industry, never felt 100% comfortable whether they are on my side or not. Dan was the first one I felt I could rely on 100%. He went out of his way to help me on so many things. He was always very prompt with everything, and got many things done before I even asked; truly a project leader you can fully trust and rely on!
