Dan exceeded our expectations from the get go. He was there to support, explain, and respond at any given time for anything we needed and wanted to know. Dan was professional and knowledgeable in the sale of our home, and put forth his best foot. His honesty and helpfulness made us feel secure in our purchase. At closing, he received many praises from the sellers and their agent, as well as the title company, on how quick and easy everything was. Dan was definitely the best choice!

Dan worked so hard for us on our initial home purchase and refinance a few years later. We closed on our original closing date. We were incredibly satisfied with our original mortgage, and even more thrilled with the tens of thousands of dollars he was able to save us through our refinance. Dan met and exceeded all of our expectations for a lender. We were looking to purchase our first home and to do it in a hurry following a relocation to the area.
