Daniel was a pleasure to work with. Daniel lowered my rate from 4.125 to 3.99 which was a pleasant surprise. We had a complicated situation because we lived in Seattle. Our loan required a POA signing which VA does not allow without an exception. Daniel got us the exception which saved us a second trip to SC just to sign docs(that's a 2900 mile trip.) Daniel was great and exceeded any expectations from a Loan Officer. He assisted me from day 1 and his customer service priority immediately made me change my mind from another loan servicing company at the beginning. We went through this process during a very difficult time- when the fed issued extreme economic stimulus through low interest rates and then reversed those 2 months before closing.
