Daniel, Amy and their team are fantastic! We chose them from the preferred lenders from our builder. Our closing went very smoothly despite some challenges from our end having a bank in another state! They quickly answered all questions and responded to emails and texts expeditiously. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Best Rate offered out of several competitors. In addition, his team still worked to renegotiate a lower rate even after rates were locked when the market made a favorable turn.
Very helpful through the entire process. Self employed didn't scare them away or cause delays. Made this a piece of cake with their attention to detail.
