I can't say enough good things about these two. Very hands on from day one. Day one wasn't when we submitted our application for a loan but working with us well before to identify things we need to work on and fix with our credit, jobs, etc. to ensure we were prepared for the application process. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. Daniel lowered my rate from 4.125 to 3.99 which was a pleasant surprise. We had a complicated situation because we lived in Seattle. Our loan required a POA signing which VA does not allow without an exception. Daniel got us the exception which saved us a second trip to SC just to sign docs(that's a 2900 mile trip.) Daniel was great and exceeded any expectations from a Loan Officer. He assisted me from day 1 and his customer service priority immediately made me change my mind from another loan servicing company at the beginning. We went through this process during a very difficult time- when the fed issued extreme economic stimulus through low interest rates and then reversed those 2 months before closing.
