I had been working with another lender, and things were not moving forward. Contacted Danny Delgado and his team, and they were able to get the refinance completed for me in no time. Was able to do most things electronically and when all the papers needed to be signed they came out to me!
Danny and his team are great to work with. This was the second time I've used him and both times they have been very patient with me and my ignorance of the lending process. I recommend him all the time and will absolutely use his team again next time.

Danny and his team were great, and his secretary Tracey was amazing went above and beyond expectations. We closed just when they said we would. Would use them again. From the pre approval to the inspection all the way to the clear to close they new what they were doing on our new home purchase.
