I had been working with another lender, and things were not moving forward. Contacted Danny Delgado and his team, and they were able to get the refinance completed for me in no time. Was able to do most things electronically and when all the papers needed to be signed they came out to me!
Danny and his team are great to work with. This was the second time I've used him and both times they have been very patient with me and my ignorance of the lending process. I recommend him all the time and will absolutely use his team again next time.
