Working with Mr. Delgado and his associates (Christy of special consideration, made the entire loan process almost enjoyable-moving is never fun. Without Danny's help and assistance, I doubt if the entire loan process from application to closing would have been as smooth as it turned out to be. There were never any issues, at least none that affected the process, that were not quickly and efficiently addressed. I highly recommend using Guaranteed Rate as long as Mr. Delgado is associated with the firm
