I was referred to David in 2017, when Loan Depot was the preferred lender for the newly constructed home I was purchasing. He proved to be utterly AMAZING in knowledge of home loans and provided me with "ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY" customer service. I've done several loans with Dave and I've referred families and friends to him over the years. He monitors the rates closely and tries to lock the best one. For my most recent purchase, some issues came up with the appraisal process and docs that threatened to derail the closing, and he tried very hard to ensure that the escrow closing would stay on track. He kept all the parties in the loop so we could all cross the finish line.

Buying a house is a very stressful and complicated process. If you want a piece of mind and trustworthy company on this journey David is the one!! I was a first time homebuyer and Dave made the qualification and approval process very easy and understandable to me. He explained each part of the process in great detail and answered all of my questions. He was specifically of great assistance when I had questions regarding which properties I could actually afford. David Long is very competent and worked very hard to get the best possible loan available to us. He kept me informed and communicated all the information I needed throughout the whole process so I didn’t have ask a lot questions. I have a busy schedule and was really easy to give him all the paperwork he needed and he was always clear on what I needed to get the loan completed. Dave has been very helpful since day one... we had reached out to him few yrs ago, but needed to fix our credit before purchasing a home, he helped us get to where we were able to finally by a home again..... always very helpful, drops everything to help you, if he doesnt have the answer he will get it for you.... we stay in touch with him because we consider him a friend as well... he cares for his customers... will definitely reach out to him if we decide to ever purchase another home... thank you Dave for everything

David is by far the best lender I have worked with.
