Dave helped me both purchase my home as a first-time home buyer in June 2019 as well as refinance that home in October 2020. Dave was extremely helpful in explaining the process and all of my options. He made sure to work with my realtor to make sure that my home closed on time. Dave is extremely professional. Quick to respond. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He explains everything from the beginning of the loan process to the end so there was nothing unexpected. Buying a house could be very stressful but not if your working with Dave. Our house buying went so smooth. He has also helped us refinance our other house with a way smaller interest rate! This is what I want in a lender/loan officer. There are some many that don’t puck up their phone or return a call in a timely manner, don’t understand complex lending situations, and would rather lean on “smoke and mirrors.” David gets the job done and won’t lead you on.

Months after our refinance went through, some problems emerged with the Lender. Having become frustrated with customer service, we turned to David for assistance not knowing where else to go. Wow!
