The service was 10/10! Angie is the cutest girl ever she gave me a butt load of dave's sauce! She's the coolest!

4.5 stars. This was a great spicy chicken sandwich. We got the meal with a tender and a slider. We preferred the slider because it tamed the HOT spice. But great flavor! Fries were great and the pickles were a nice addition on the side to help with the spice level as well. Hot was spicy but not too spicy. Just right if you like a kick. Only negative was the napkins are way too thin and you need them because the sandwich is messy! I definitely recommend this place for fried chicken lovers who like it hot!

The sliders are really good. I get no pickles but the slaw and sauce are great. The meal comes with 2 sliders and fries and I split it with my son. Added cheese one time and don't recommend that. Didn't add flavor and made it kind of soggy.

Best chicken ive ever had. Definitely needed the pickles to tame down the spice cuz wow it was spicy and I got the hot. The sauce they server with it is heaven and the cheese fries were warm and the fries were still crunchy. Service was quick and efficient.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Miss Deborah, the manager at the Oceanside Dave's Hot Chicken. She is unbelievably kind, sweet, and amazing at what she does. Her customer service was top-tier, and she treated every guest with care and respect. Because of her, the entire experience was a 10 out of 10. I'll absolutely be coming back more often--and the food was fantastic too!

OK. Not my thing for a spicy CHX sandwich. Their seasoned fries were ok and got boring to eat after just a few dipped in the Dave's Sauce. CHX sandwich appeared to be a very moist and tender CHX tender that didn't really fill the bun. The pickles seemed (and they gave me extra) to not have enough 'perfect' pickling brine flavor. The pickles didn't really add to the sandwich, other than helping to create more sandwich "slippage". The food here is well, especially if you're trying to get some spicy chicken tenders & value consistency when in another area! The service is pretty fast, it tends to get busy, but the ambiance makes up for the wait!
