TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Food has always been great here, very consistent, crispy and delicious! I think they've definitely got the best hold on the hot chicken market right now.

The chicken juicy and the crispy coating was spot on perfection. The Mac n cheese on the other hand was not so good. Extremely bland, no flavor :( French fries were crispy good. Service was good. Plenty of seating not too noisy.

The Chicken and the Cauliflower ARE the Star! (The Mac N Cheese is not) The first time I ordered from here I wasn't impressed. For some reason I ordered again and now I'm hooked! They added a Fried Cauliflower sandwich AND Cauliflower Bites. They are AWESOME!!! Don't hesitate to try it! The chicken is juicy, tender and just yummy! I have to admit. The HOT is super hot for me. Have not been to a Dave's before. First visit. I ordered a two slider meal and soft drink. It came with some pickles, seasoned fries, sauce, two slices of bread and two good size pieces of seasoned chicken. First the pickles were very good. I am a lover of fries, these were worthy.
