I don't even know where to begin with how awful my experience was at Dave's Hot Chicken. From the moment we stepped inside, it was clear the staff couldn't care less about customers. We were greeted with nothing but eye rolls and attitude. The place was dirty, with trash on the floor and empty tables that weren't being cleaned. No service Apparently catering orders take priority over every other customer in the restaurant, waited 15 minutes for my soda cup and had to ask to get it. Then waited 40 minutes for 3 chicken tenders while they filled multiple catering orders. I barely was able to eat and was late, on top of that the only guy working was straight up rude about it. After dealing with that who cares about the food, if you have no respect for your time or how you'll be treated for wanting your food check it out. First and last for me
The service there was horrible! The customer service sucked! The food looked old and weird! You could tell the staff there had lack of experience ! Ambience was normal! I personally would never go back to this location again

Literally the worst Dave's location in all of Los Angeles. I go to Dave's in Glendale at least 3-4 times a week & just this location does not know how to make a reaper sandwich. I'm not sure what they do here but they they use a different reaper seasoning. Not the same as the rest Dave's location in SoCal. I have gone to countless locations in SoCal & I order reaper at each other them. I've asked them a few times to remake my sandwich because it is not edible AT ALL but they can never get it right. I spend 75% of my time opening up the honey packets to put on my chicken. Granted the number of locations you have in the number of employees you have it doesn't take a rocket scientist to point out that if you're providing sauce to your clients while they're eating they would rather focus their entire attention on eating their food versus trying to figure out how to open those mini honey packets to pour on their sandwich.
