TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I ordered Dave's Hot Chicken for a Baby Shower & they were the hit of the party. I had 28 people and everyone raved about the sliders. We did order mild. Would highly recommend eating there and using Dave's Hot Chicken for parties.

Excellent food! The service was kind and the food was ready quickly. Slightly unclear that it costs extra to add cheese tho.

Truly an amazing experience in the spicy chicken sandwich war. The thing I love about Dave's is their consistency in the quality and taste of their food. I haven't had a bad sandwich or tender here since they opened. We only come here on cheat day, but boy is it worth every morsel! Well done guys! Keep up the good work and congratulations on your success!!
