Very rude lady working cashier, disrespected me and my family along with being impatient and using inappropriate language. Bad!

I don't know what they use in their rub/spices, but it was NOT good! We finally decided to give it a try and, sadly, we were extremely disappointed. If you want good spicy chicken, you're better off going to Cluckin Bun in Cat City. Even Raising Cane's has better chicken. Almost asked for a refund as we will not be back. Sorry, Dave!

Last chance, Dave. We are done. They changed the coating to a chewy, overly thick breading. Add to that- prior visits with clearly undercooked chicken. Today- one of our plates was not freshly cooked. Luke warm and clearly sitting around. And if you want to have a conversation with your guests? Nope! Blasting music so loud through cra ppy speakers that your ears will bleed. Too many other chicken choices to settle for mediocre. Bye!

This location is always hit and miss. Sometimes you get your food and it's what you ordered other times not so much. I always order extra hot and sometimes they get it right but half the time it's mild to medium. Today they didn't give bread with the tender, the slider was the same color as the mild and the fries were basically uncooked. Indio location is always on point but this location has gone down hill.
