The food is good, but their music system is entirely too loud. Think deafening. And apparently the workers can't (or won't) turn the volume down. We asked. Luckily there are othe chicken tender places in town we will be choosing over this much too loud establishment. Sad, because I was looking for some good Nashville hot.

Been here five times. First four were great. The 5th they gave me two tiny tenders that were breaded but not cooked, still had the crumbly stuff on them. Not happy and didn't notice til I got home. Won't be returning.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this chicken was awful. I've had hot chicken in the deep South that was awsome - not this. This tasted like they tried to make it hot with cheap spices and salt. I ordered their two strips and fries. I barely ate one and didn't even touch the other one. The people were nice, the place was clean, but I have no idea how they survive with that terrible food.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a #4 and received two mini strips stuffed in a bun. If I wanted to order strips I would have, but I specifically wanted a slider. Besides that, the strips had zero chicken and was only fried, the chicken looked dried and old. Along with that the slider had little to no coleslaw. I'm really upset since I drove all the way from the JW Marriott, and I am visiting from downtown LA. I never have an issue with my food at any other location. I'm very disappointed in the business This was my second time they got the order wrong. When I specifically asked this last time if the sauce and coleslaw and pickles were on the side requested, the manager said they were. I took it to the table and the items were not . I then took the order back to the counter and the young man asked to check the bag , took it to the kitchen then the man checked again. They made it seems as if I was lying.
