I'm very disappointed in the business This was my second time they got the order wrong. When I specifically asked this last time if the sauce and coleslaw and pickles were on the side requested, the manager said they were. I took it to the table and the items were not . I then took the order back to the counter and the young man asked to check the bag , took it to the kitchen then the man checked again. They made it seems as if I was lying. One worker completely ignored me and didn't help me. Until another one realized I was there so gave me my food. I opened my meal and there is barely any fries!!! Also only ONE sauce??? Common your customer service and food needs to be so much better I'm always disappointed here!

I have eaten here on many occasions. Food is always fresh and good but after yesterday I'm not so sure. I ordered two hot sliders and one medium. The chicken was under cooked, slimy, and chewy. Chicken is not supposed to be any of those things. If your going to serve chicken, at least ensure you cook I properly. I was in a rush and could not wait for a new order (not that I wanted to eat at this point) but the manager Roy said he would process my refund. I have yet to get a refund, and it normally post immediately to my acco... read more

Meh. Save those hard earned dollars. go to Sweet Basil on El Paseo and have a sandwich that costs the same and is actually worth the price. The fried chicken at Ralphs meets and/or exceeds Dave's. "hand breaded"? Who cares.

Meh The chicken was ok Kind of salty Kind of powdery tasting breading Not terrible Just eh I really liked the murals on the walls and the staff was great Good pickles too But everything else was just ok Kind of luke warm, kind of limp and took a while to get it Keep trying, Dave
